NIK Retreat
The Northern Illinois Koinonia college retreat is held fall and spring semester each year. Join for a weekend to get away and rest, grow closer to God, experience community, connect faith and life, deepen friendships new and old. NIK 56 will be held October 25th - 27th, 2024.
SEEK National Conference
SEEK is an invitation to explore life’s bigger questions: who we are, where we’re going and what we seek along the journey. SEEK encourages everyone to come explore faith, friendship, and the possibility of living differently — experiencing the love, hope and very real presence of Jesus Christ through His Church. Gather with thousands from all across the country for a time of prayer, fellowship, engaging talks, and inspiring entertainment.

Mission Trips
SPRING | Come and serve with us. Each spring break, Newman students travel to Murfreesboro, TN for a week of fun, adventure, and building homes with Habitat for Humanity. Experience the joy that is found in giving of yourself.
SUMMER | Some things are worth being uncomfortable for; authentic encounters, real friendship, and serving something and someone greater than yourself. Join us on mission this summer, July 2026, with our FOCUS missionaries as we travel to encounter and serve Christ in the poor. Applications open September 1st, 2025.
